His work entertaining Arkansas audiences started in 1987 and he
shares his style of magic and illusion across the US. He has been
featured nationally on the Food Network and in the Linking Ring, a
trade publication for magicians and locally on KTHV Channel 11 and
in the Arkansas Democrat-Gazette, Sync, Inviting Arkansas, and
Little Rock Family Magazine where he was named as one of the top
three family favorite party entertainers in 2010.

Derrick is also a
regular guest performer on Little Rock, Arkansas'
KTHV Channel 11.
His experience as a
performer outside Little Rock actually started as a World Famous
Jungle Cruise Skipper at Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
Since that time he has performed magic and illusions across the
US.
In
May 2010 Derrick took 1st place in the Arkansas Ring 29
International Brotherhood of Magicians close-up magic
competition. In the past he has also been awarded Arkansas’ Comedy
Magician of the Year and Media Magician of the Year. Derrick can be
seen performing at birthday, parties, restaurants, picnics, after
dinner entertainment, festivals, and private parties throughout the
country.
Recently Derrick joined the Arkansas' Masters of Illusion. This is
a group of award-winning Arkansas magicians that have performed
together since 2001 in Arkansas. Together we provide a
variety of comedy, mystery, illusions, and old fashion fun for all
age groups. We are members of the International Brotherhood
of Magicians, the world's largest magical society and perform in a
variety of theaters, conventions, parties and other settings.

Way of Arkansas, CARTI, Little Rock Parks and Tourism, Moses &
Tucker Real Estate, O'Reilly Auto Parts, Thereputic Arts Festival,
